About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sprinkler Pipe Fitter Foreman to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading his crew in the installation of fire sprinkler systems.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage his crew to ensure the timely and accurate completion of projects
Coordinate and plan daily tasks with project managers and other departments
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine the layout and installation of fire sprinkler systems
Install, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems, including pipes, fittings, valves and other components
Ensure compliance with all local codes, regulations, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues and provide effective solutions
Train and mentor junior pipe fitters to develop their skills and knowledge
Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed and materials used
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a sprinkler pipe fitter
Experience in managing and supervising a team of pipe fitters
Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and installation procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations related to fire protection systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
Must posses a valid NC driver's license
