About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sprinkler Inspector to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting fire protection systems, identifying issues, and recommending necessary repairs or replacements. The Sprinkler Inspector will work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
Perform routine testing and maintenance on sprinkler systems, including fire pumps, hydrants, alarms, and valves.
Identify and document deficiencies and potential hazards in fire sprinkler systems, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
Provide clients with detailed reports of inspection findings/deficiencies, and explain any necessary repairs or replacements.
Work closely with other team members, including technicians and project managers, to ensure all inspections are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and responding promptly to any client concerns or inquiries.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fire protection industry.
Minimum of NICET Level II prefered but not required.
Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations, including NFPA 25 and NFPA 13.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid NC driver's license
